  1. Okay. Here's the completed mirror for his room. Not sure about the textures. I kinda threw some on, but someone can change them if they don't work. Anyway, moving on to the pillars to refine them and add a bit of detail. I think it was agep who modeled the armor. Nice models man! Thanks for doing them.

  2. Okay, I have one more major piece of furniture left to whip out...the mirror. I plan on doing it with something that kinda pays tribute to the Wizard of Oz, if that's okay with you guys. So far it's looking awesome. Going to bed now so I'll post it later today.

  3. Here's the room with all the furniture I've modeled so far along with a few textures. Not sure if the materials are what we want (someone else may need to work on them) but if gives a general idea.

And if it gets to a point where it looks good and finished someone say something. I have the tendancy to continue tweaking, modeling, and working until my fingers bleed.

  4. Okay 2 more shots of the room with the new table, chairs, and pillars. If it seems like I'm going quickly with these posts I apologize. I tend to work quickly when the creative juices are flowing. Anyway, here's the test shots so far.

  5. Not real sure about furniture for his room, so I decided to make a few props myself. Here's a tin table which will be placed under the arches along with matching tables. A chandelier will hang from the arches. Lemme know what you guys think before I start pouring too much into the scene.

  6. Here's the window as I see it. No materials yet. Is this design okay for everyone? I'm not sure what to do with the columns in the center of the room but I'm sure something will hit me.

  7. Okay. I've been using 3d painter to texture the face and horns. The effect is pleasant, if not what I'm really going for. It'll work for now. I've got the rig in place along with cp weights done. I still need to add fan bones around certain joints and I think I need denser mesh in the shoulders for it to animate better. So far it's coming along nicely. I also have a female version in the works as these two will be in a short I plan on making (if the flu doesn't kill me first!!!).

Anyway, that's my progress so far...whatever....not as good as some, better than others <_>Orcy0.jpg

  8. I've added the door and the floor molding. I would really like some feed-back on the windows. I've applied the design for them as a decal and would like to know if that design is fine before I model it. Also, is there someone who would like to texture this? I do not have the svn on my computer and probably will not download it because of it's sheer size. So once this is complete I'm going to need someone to upload it for me.

  9. LOL! No Rusty, I doubt the camera would do that but you never know. I always have the squat problem too. I have found smartskin, cp weighting and fan bones help. Thanks for the feed-back guys. Good idea about the butt-transfusion.

  10. Okay here's the basic room, and I mean basic. Window and dias for bed. I'd like to add a small workshop as well. It's bear bones right now. I'm working on a design for the window and perhaps a large bookshelf.

    Update: Here's the window design.

  11. I'm not really new to AM (5 years) but I still find butts to be a problem modeling properly. Any pointers. Here's a screen shot to show you what I mean.
