    go to c:\program files\hash inc\v15.0\ and find master.exe [right click] properties go to the compatibility tab and check Disable Visual Themes and Disable Desktop Composition and that will help.

     

    but the white box is most likely due to video ram.

     

    Open A:M go to Tools > Options > Global Tap and change your real time drivers to direct 3d

    Bah, i will look into this tomorrow while i wait for my friend to land at LAS, but after that NO WORK FOR ME(you have to say it like No Soup For You) haha!

     

     

    I say that now but i can already see myself in my Darth Vader costume looking at lines of code, and logged into more then one server haha!

    I know that A:M Reports use to say (Reporter) not (Programer) but the new version installed on the new server does not at this time. I'm working on that but I did not think it should hold up the release!

    (fyi solved the .avi problem. Forum does not support them. I uploaded a .mov and that worked.)

     

    for the download problem, it's the link at the top of the Exercise 7 forum, I've tried the both halves of the tutorial and also the zip file. None of them load.

    every time I click the links I get "The server at www.s1.hashmirror.com is taking too long to respond." This has been happening since yesterday.

     

    I'm using Firefox for a browser if that's important. And I have most of the other tutes downloaded so it's never been an issue before.

    How do I enter new serial #

    I replied to your email about this. I will answer it here also.

     

    There is no need to enter your new serial number your old one is tied to your original version. That is why is still comes up in the new install. In most cases we give out a new number for people updating at show in case they have lost their old number that way they are not out the usage of the software till we recover their old serial number.
