  1. Hello,

       I know what the problem is but I can not fix it when one my 'work' laptop' the store ran out of keys but for some reason did not email me. I'm traveling right now with spotty at best internet. I will get this done as soon as I get to my computer about 9pm pst today.

  2. I'm behind on a lot of stuff but I'm going to try to get on top of email, PM's and a few other things tomorrow.

    The heat here in Portland is insane and we have been working a lot because of it(mostly AC units leaking on Smoke Detectors)

    I do not know what your problem is or how to help you. Even I have been reading all of your ramblings about this and I still do not know what your 'problem' is.  You even posted  your activation key in one of your rants. So you have the key..

    Martin has stepped back, but no one has "dropped" the ball, the support email clearly says to PM me here on the forums and I will get to it faster.

    So here we go again.. Please PM me here with about problem you are having, the email you used to order, or the order number and I will get this worked out for you.

    The last PM I got from you was a month ago and you never replied so I had no reason to look into this.

    Most likely you need to delete your master0.lic if you are getting error -3 but but not even in this did you say what error you are getting. If you need help PM me with what error you are getting and I will help you.

  5. I do not have time to do my right up this time. GoDaddy forced a email move and It's making things crazy right now.  My real email may have lost all of it's folders and everyne has to what looks like re-download all emails on their work clients.. But I'm working through it now. Do here is the plan text versions of the update/Changes

      If this button is checked, the particlesystem is not updated while
      You'r modifying the hairguides.
      Be sure that only the window , where You modify the guides, is visible
      (no tiled or cascaded view mode), otherwise the other views are updated.
      Implemented for Edit, FK, Brush and Lengthen Mode.

  6. I have had this for some time but I'm stuck out of town for my job. I have a new laptop and it doesn't have the software I use for Animation Master yet. Mostly because the download and install time is so long. And today is the first not 7 to 7+ day in a long time.

    go to your Animation:Master install folder and rename the "master0.lic" file in there to "master0_old.bak". (or anything else)
    You will be asked for a subscription key if you restart A:M after that which you have to put in there.

    After that you should be good to go.

    what @robcat2075 said.

    We can not update the MAC version to work in newer than 10.13.6. The switch to METAL would be almost a ground up re-write. And now that MAC is moving to ARM chips that is not something a company of our size can under take.

  12. So I'm back, kind of.. I was writing a post about how I'm back and work has slowed down.. And I got a call that it has not. But most of the things keeping me from having anytime outside of work have been cleared but getting certbot working on my new server(not Hash, Inc.)
