Same crap every YEAR. I buy a subscription renewal for one of my two machines and - NO download, no activation code-nothing. When I go to the download page it tells me that I haven't bought anything. Is there something I'm doing wrong EVERY year same thing happens. Any help appreciated.

Thanks for telling me that Fuchur. Have had a lot of trouble lately with my ATT email but don't have a clue how to fix it. If you have any ideas please let me know. The email for the new forum account that I set up is svetlik602@gmail.com and It seems to be working. thanks again.

Just to re-iterate. The model is saved out as a model file. There are no CP weights involved. Have tried all the procedures suggested so far and still happening, although it is still random-doesn't happen all the time. Forgot password and spent the last 3 weeks trying to contact anybody thru every email link I could find and no response. Tried the contact form on support 6 times-no response. Finally had to create a new forum account to get here. Thanks for all the responses and suggestions and I'm open to any new ones. Thanks
