Don't you have a way to contact him directly? Phone or WhatsApp him maybe? Not sure what he might be using for messaging. At least to check up on him?

Thanks @Fuchur At this point, I can't say if Jason has read my message or if he's going to be able to respond to the issue I've gone ahead and cancelled my order for the subscription, as I haven't heard anything on the issue from Jason yet What I do hope Jason would address eventually is the response time to store issues, whatever they might be This is important for attracting customers and keeping them There is obviously something amiss and it would be great if communication can be expedited between users and the company For my part, I'll still wait for a response from Jason here, and then I would gladly place the order again, except this time around I'd create a store account first 😀

Thanks @Fuchur, now it makes sense Although I'm thinking if this is a known issue, what's the solution for people who use Gmail? And does this mean that other email providers will work? Or is there a list of preferred email providers for Hash?

I finished watching the LAT TSM2 Biped Rig setup session Have to say TSM2 didn't really turn out to be as big an investment as I thought it would be! Relieved 🤤 Moving on to the Quadruped version now and the sundry list thereafter... Thanks a bunch Rob! 🙏🍻

I've been reading up on TSM in the dedicated thread Thanks also for the link 🙏 While it took me a couple of hours to go through the Saucy Rig, TSM looks like a bigger beast to tackle I think I'll do a bit of reading first and then jump on to your LAT video

Hi @Rodney, thanks for the info 🙂 After order completion, the confirmation screen showed up but there were no links or other download information provided I thought I would receive an email for further action but so far no emails have been received either Is there any way to contact Jason other than messaging on the forum, which apparently he might or might not check until the weekend, if at all 😕

But it says on the 'tin' that it works with AM15 only Or do you mean I use TSM in AM15 and export the model after rigging to AM19, and it'd still work?

Thanks Rob! I'll have to admit that I have not seen your LAT featuring TSM yet. I did however come across one of your posts discussing how TSM comes with a Quadraped rig...but that's the extent of my search Main reason being that I just finished going through the Saucy Rig videos by @Mechadelphia A few days ago I 'decided' to go with the Saucy Rig after a quick comparison of the featured rigs I liked the idea of the 2008 rig as it relates to modernising the 2001 rig And I like the idea of the Saucy Rig as it builds on the other rigs and improves them in certain areas I never did look into the TSM rig for concerns of compatibility with the current AM versions But I'd presume your TSM tips would work on the Saucy Rig too? Unless it requires very specific TSM features that might not translate well to the Saucy Rig?

I've been searching the forums for tutorials on rigging a quadraped like canines and felines, beasts of labour etc., but not necessarily long neck animals like giraffes or brontosauruses Didn't come up with any results except for discussions on a few areas of quadraped rigs Has there been any tutorials made on the subject?

Thanks @Fuchurand @robcat2075 As far as spam, there's nothing in the spam folder so that rules out any emails going missing 😕 Robert, if you're getting emails instanty then I'd guess something is off somewhere with my order? My purchase used a Gmail address so that technically should work without the store servers throwing red flags!

Lol! 😂 Yes, paid through PayPal and I have screenshots too in case Jason requires them Still, haven't received any emails yet for the order. I just happened to get screenshots of the order and confirmation screens

Just remembered that I checked out as a guest In that case I wouldn't happen to have access to an 'account' right? Which means I wouldn't be able to check all that Summary information as outlined in the screenshot?
