Hello again everyone, it has been some time since my last use of AM, life has played a large part and kids. But hey I'm back full of fresh ideas and I'm ready to get back to creating, I am using V19.0, what is the best way to go about getting my software updated and current? Suggestions please and Thank You.

My software is leaving many after images and I do not know how to fix it, I have changed no settings only updates for computer. Can someone please help and advise a course of action, I have already uninstalled and reinstalled the software still no change I'm getting multi layered after images.
