Thanks for all of the prompt responses. Good advice on the leg orientation. The LEFT and RIGHT LEG HINGES handles needed to be oriented to the rear of the model. I had them going forward I must of rotated forward the handles forward. I must of misheard the video tutorial. One more to go! (fixed image below)

I've followed the tutorial online for adding the skeleton to boneless thom. All control points assigned, but I've got two issues. 1. Using the IK Arm Setup to ON to set the hand targets, I get the right arm in the bent position 2. When using the resolute walk action, the legs are turned inside out. Any help appreciated.
