Welcome back, Kevin!

If it weren't for the bugs we might never see some people here!

This dll problem came up several days ago for another user.

Try the solution in my last post in this thread...

I'm scared that installing this will disrupt everything else on my new PC. I don't want to revert back to anything. What changes is this going to make in regards to everything else?

It's a Service Pack for Visual Studio, it add libraries that Visual studio uses and it happens to install that dll. I don't know what changes it makes, if any.

I don't know how to revert something without reverting it.

If it's a worry, make an image of your C drive in its current state. If you HAD to undo this SP, you can restore from the image and  be back to exactly where you started.

Have you tried re-running the v19.5 installer again as the error message suggested?
You could also try re-running the v19.0 installer. You would need to get that from the hash ftp (not this forum) if you don't still have the v19.0 installer.

However, I have more confidence in the Service Pack solution being a solution.
