I just ran into an interesting web site designed specifically for those in the military or who have put in their time but are not actively serving at the time.

It can be used as a facebook to help track down people you served with.

 

It has a store with cool stuff in it.

 

It also has a lot of news feeds that military types would be more interested in.

 

Man! How many prepositions can I end sentences with?

For my part, this (former) military guy is gonna pass.

They should put information about who is running the site on their front page as transparency is important.

Lack of that basic information is a major red flag to me.

 

If someone wants to pay me to go in under cover to investigate I reserve the right to reconsider.
