If this is a single take I wonder how many tries it took to get it right. Pretty cool.

 

Or...is this just really well done CG? The barrel rolls and multi-train jump at the end seem like they would be next to impossible to do.

My guess is that its a mix of live action takes and stop frame but, however it was done, it is fun, and it raised a smile for me and several other people I know.
