cribbidaj Posted January 12, 2016 Posted January 12, 2016 Hello - I'm got a relatively simple humanoid character model that I want to render as basically flat black with some white specularity reflections, but I want it to have a more "matte" rendered look without the glossy look that specularity normally gives to the model. Any ideas how to accomplish this? Quote
Hash Fellow robcat2075 Posted January 12, 2016 Hash Fellow Posted January 12, 2016 Set the specular highlight to be quite large and quite dim and that will make a duller specular highlight. Quote
cribbidaj Posted January 12, 2016 Author Posted January 12, 2016 Thank you, Robert! That, of course, did it . . . "if it was a snake . . ." Quote
