Shortcut Key Question

Hey you guys,

 

Is there a shortcut Key for the "Translate to" constraint. Rather than getting to it by choosing it from

the dropdown list window, I was wondering if there's a Hot key for it.

There is no shortcut key to initiate a constraint. <_>

 

If you are needing to create quite a few in a repetitive manner I'll note that my current "It Can't Be Done!" tutorial series teaches the process of text-editing A:M files to create elaborate structures of that sort.
