I am researching the motivations of designers, animators and users of 3D modelling communities, and I currently have a questionnaire online to investigate the different reasons for participating in 3D modelling communities. I'd suggest registering a new account with them and establishing a unique password if you want to go that route. Alternately you could use Facebook, Google etc. to register. That would be the opposite of good. I got through the survey without it asking that. At the outset it said it would ask for my screen name but it never actually did. Maybe it read my mind.
