I know I have the Extras DVD somewhere, but before searching for it...I am very unorganized, does anyone know if there is a model or the human heart in there? or the innards of a human ? don't want to model one if one is available ....... I want to see how hard it would be for me to animate the heart beat...the the lungs in action......

I think you might be out of luck on this one. The only heart I found on the DVD was the one from the Tin Woodsman and its fare from being realistic!

I think that's quite do-able if you don't get distracted by the small-detail veins and bumps on the surface

A simplified shape like this:

That would be great............I just want to see how close I can come to animating it like a real human heart .......what technics to use...I may be making a bigger deal out of the animating than it really is but then again, animation is not a strong area of mine, that is if I have a strong area....
