You could lathe out a circle and expand it to very, very large size to approximate the horizon.

That sounds like it should work. As soon as I get proficient enough in A:M (newbie proficient) I'll try it. Thanx.

In the Project workspace, import this model into your Objects folder.

 

HorizonRing.mdl

 

Then drag it from the Objects folder onto your choreography in your Choreographies folder.

 

The ring sits about 1 km from the 0,0,0 point in the chor which will be an approximate horizon line as long as the camera remains within a reasonable height above the ground.

Upon revisiting this, I'll note that the model could be Translate To constrained to the camera to create the appearance of an infinitely distant horizon line, no matter what the elevation of the camera.
