  1. I didn't mean that literally. It's just that the grid lines were so thick it was visually distracting and optically misleading and was going to make the job difficult at best. Anyway, thanks for the lead to modeling>display grid. I don't know how I missed that.
  2. I'm setting up to do the FW-190 tutorial and have reached the point where I'm not going to be able to actually see the rotoscope model I'm supposed to be modeling. Specifically, the grid is in the way. I've tried setting the grid size to 0 but it still persists in being there. How do you hide the grid, or failing that, how can I place the rotoscope image in front of it? (I notice that in the tutorial photos there is no grid at all.)
  3. That sounds like it should work. As soon as I get proficient enough in A:M (newbie proficient) I'll try it. Thanx.
  4. Just wondering. A floating horizon line in the Choreography window would be a help in visualizing perspective in outdoor scenes. Is there an option to add one?
  5. Yes, that helps a lot. I was able to correct my user name, and by sliding the menu tabs to the right I uncovered some more items, including User Info.
  6. Do you have write-access for the folder A:M is installed in? And does A:M have write access to it? See you *Fuchur* No, I didn't. Thanks, that solved the two problems. Unfortunately my A:M is now registered to "w" because I had gotten tired of having to type in my full name every time and had taken to just hitting a single key!
  7. I'm just starting with Animation Master. Is it normal to have to fill in the register window every time I start up A:M? Also, why can't I permanently dismiss the Tip of the Day window by unchecking the Show Tips at Startup check box? The next time I start up A:M it's still there.
