Hi,

I'm starting to use A:M again having left 3D behind and returned to 2D. Now I'm determined to crack it.

Previously I had managed to build models, but rigging was where I fell down. I now finally have my head around fan bones and have got them working successfully in the relationships window. Trouble is, if I create a new action or choreography using the model, the fan bones are there, but no longer have any effect.

I'm sure there's a simple explanation, but I've tried all sorts of things.

Any suggestions?

Thanks.

Typically... you would set constraints to make the fan bones... 'fan', and you would make those constraints in a POSE. You need to remember to turn that pose ON in the choreography.

you need to turn the pose "ON"

you can find it in the Pose window or under "User Properties" when the model is selected.
