That would seem to be a mostly transparent surface. I'd do the regular lighting in one pass and another just for the reflection which would be of a white surface placed off camera to reflect in the right places. Everything else would be black.

one pass could do it if you light it right

 

 

 

This is out of the box glossy specular with no off camera reflections.
