all of my models use the same body and unfortunately they are all the same height. when i change the size of the model in the model window and pose her later, she poses incorrectly. i'm guessing it's becuase while splines change, the skeleton stays the same size. how do i change the model size and resize the skeleton at the same time?

You can always scale in the chor, but if you want to change the model you can go to bones mode, click in the window until the Black model bone flashes, then hit S, hold down CTRL and use the scale manipulator to change the model, bones and all.
