Constraints (need help on how to use)

Im working on a project, and i came across something that I thought I knew.

 

Well it turns out i didnt.

Whats going on is shaggy is picking up a bucket, but i cannot figure out how to keep the bucket handle in the same position in his hand with using contraints. heres whats going on and what contraint i used.
