Jeffnewc Posted March 4, 2008 Posted March 4, 2008 im new at this so i have been doing this for 4 or 5 months so how do i and pictures to my backgrounds p.s. anyone know an easier way to make mouths on there characters Quote
largento Posted March 4, 2008 Posted March 4, 2008 To add an image to your camera, right-click on the image folder in the Project Workspace and import your image. Then drag that image in the PWS down to the camera in the list for your choreography. If you move the camera, your background will move with it. Alternately, you can model a backdrop and apply the image as a decal to that model. I have seen some people use decals for mouth shapes, but I don't know the particulars about how they are animating them. It would help if you showed how you were doing it now. Quote
Caroline Posted March 4, 2008 Posted March 4, 2008 Very simple decal for mouth shapes. Mike Fitzgerald has a great tutorial for "changing the strength of a texture map" at www.3dartz.com decal_mouth.mov Project (3 decals) decal_mouth.zip Quote
