Trying to locate Emilio's "Models for Games" Tutorial

If anyone could help me locate Emilio Le Roux's epic tutorial (30+ pages) for converting Hash models to 3D Gamestudio it would be much appreciated. I'm missing some pages at the end of my printed copy. When the tutorial is located it is definitely worthy of pinning on Rodney's Tutorial page.
