Lori Hiatt Posted September 7, 2006 Posted September 7, 2006 Hi, I am going through the tutorials and I think this is where I am supposed to post to get credit. Here's the finished product with two views. I was playing around with backgrounds when I first got the software and now my sky isn't blue! Look forward to feedback. Unfortunately, you -- like myself when I posted this exercise -- are in the wrong place. I think it has to do with the idea that sub forums blow my mind. But in any event.... Start Here, and click on the links under the first post. That will take you to the right sub-forum for all the cert tutes. Enjoy! Quote
dborruso Posted September 8, 2006 Posted September 8, 2006 Looks good lori. Your sky is most likely black due to the alpha buffer being on when you rendered to quicktime. In the render dialoque click advanced, open the buffers menu and set the alpha buffer to off. Quote
Lori Hiatt Posted September 8, 2006 Author Posted September 8, 2006 Thanks Dennis, That did it. Lori Quote
Gerry Posted September 12, 2006 Posted September 12, 2006 Hey Dennis, thanks for the tip, that helped me out too! Lori, nice work. I tried this exercise from the book and couldn't find the knee controller, so never got very far with this one. Where are you in NC? We just recently moved back to NY after trying Chartlotte for two years. It just wasn't our speed but we met some nice folks down there. Quote
