where is the rotate manipulator button

I am going through the book trying to learn how to model and somethings are differnt than the book. I am on page 102 and i cannot find the Rotate Manipulator button. you can email me at mike@vg-productions.com

Hit "R" on your keyboard, or use the toolbar button that looks like a wireframe globe.
