tido
Hi, I've been doing a control points faces but, I realised that, if two faces that needs 5 control points are side to side, it won't work and, in another model (I didnt do), I saw something that might solve my problem but I don't know how to do it. Look at the picture: how we do that? BWT, the thing circeled in yellow has no control point, it is just a spline without red dot thanks tido
Leo73
The spline that you circled is called a hook. You can add them at 1/2, 1/4, or 3/4 of splines. You can use them to define detail but at the same time you don't have to continue on with the spline. Hope that helps Leo
fybs
Its easier then you think. Have a look at this attachment and you will understand the way those rubber strings work. Have a look at this very helpful site: “ http://www.colins-loft.net/tutorials.html ” You will love it. I had the same problem some weeks back but after having a look at this site it all made sense. If I can, you can too. Have fun. Fybs. Creases.zip
KenH
For all you need to know about hooks, see p128 of the manual.
