The chimney has come.

Somethings are still lacking!

What have I missed?

Here a little more steamengined image.

Now with skylights and a Volumetric Klieg.

Tried to map an image to the skydome... but it did not glue...

So I had to cheat a bit.

;)

Very nice model. Its based on the small scale steamengine right? It would be nice with some bump on the bricks, or is it supposed to be "faked" bricks? It also looks like the pellet is floating in the air. How will it look with some metal material on the wheel, perhaps chrome?

You'll animate this one yes? If thats the case, it would be pretty neat to see flames in the oven and perhaps some steam coming out from the valve.

Anyway, NICE :D

Have you got some good tutorial on steam and smoke and fire?

I have been trying to follow this tutorial on animated writing with an emitter attached to a group:

http://www.mossor.org/Desktop/Tutorials/Sp...rite/index.html

but I cannot get the group to turn up in the Choreography???

There is this heavy tutorial on particles - only 170 Megabytes... and never ending....

ftp://ftp.hashmirror.com/pub/misc/sprites_tute/

:D

But here is some smoke... not much...

Dude, you're progressing at full speed ahead with this little steam engine of yours! You've gone from A to J, for 'Just very very good!'

EDIT: I actually fired up my little own steam engine and it produced a LOT of smoke. And of course, I had forgotten to open the windows... <_<
