  1. I final rendered TGA is a little small in size, and it also distorts my picture, and if I make it a aspect ratio of 1 it puts a white bar at the top, so here is a final rendered TGA (which looks low quality to me): But this is getting beside the point, and the point is, I want my presets back, so how will I get them?
  2. Ya, I tried that, and that's good, but I sometimes don't want to spent 10-15 minutes setting up the options in there just to end up getting a super pixelated render. I also can't figure out how to NOT render things in passes without it looking like there was only one pass. And yes, i have the quality set to Final.
  3. Hello, recently I discovered that while working with A:M for a while, and rendering things using a few of the different pre-set options, all of a sudden the pre-set rendering options started to dissappear! (see the picture below) Can anyone tell me if there is an easy solution to this? If it helps, I am using A:M 2006, and using a MacBook.
  4. Hey, I saw in the demo a white render, I was wondering how to do this, so I came here for help. I am using A:M v13 on an Intel Based Mac. Thanks, Ben.
  5. I am getting it tomorrow. I can't wait! I will be sure to post up the first model I create...
  6. I hope you will find it, and I think you will, because it doesn't make sense that you could be saving it for weeks and have it not really saving whenever it says it is. Anyways, good luck getting your file back!
  7. Thanks a lot, to the both of you.

    YAY!

I am getting my first copy of A:M ever at the Comic Con this weekend! I will go and get the 2006 version so it will run on my Intel-based mac. So, until then, I will continue modeling in blender, which is fun, but limiting, and hopefully I will be able to do some animation in A:M.... Oh, and not sure if any of you have heard of Ruby Gloom, but my dad's girlfriend is Rita Street, the executive producer, and she used to write for animation magazines, so hopefully she can teach me a thing or two! In the mean time, if anyone would like to see any of my work done in Blender so far, click the link in my sig...
  9. Cool, thanks! That was helpful.
  10. And the color changes the color of the bright spot?
  11. What does the specular color, size and intensity do? Is that what color the lighter area's are going to fade to? Such as, if you had a blue diffuse color and a white specular color, the blue would be whiter in the highlights? Thanks, Ben.
  12. That sounds like it would be quite a bit of work... Or not, maybe just change the texture on the edges to make it slightly more translucent.
  13. I think that if I were you I would make the whole thing chrome (polished). Good job anyways though!
