I combined a retry of a feather experiment with a retry at wispy cigarette smoke from another thread. I'm still getting a little jitter of feather images but 11L seems much better than previous versions. The voice is Jason Alexander as Duckman Duckman

Hmmmm, It sounds ok for me and my beta tester, I guess it's hard to test for. I rerendered it backing off on the pitch shift a little and lowered the background noise level some.
