thank you chris,
The changes you suggested are already in the "pipeline"
but I do not have as much time now to work on the model as I
did over the weekend (we celebrated carnival in Trinidad and Tobago up tuesday) so thing will go a bit slower now.
However you will see some changes by next week.

Great Animation.
Maybe the Hash site could have a section for comercial animations like these.

great model with a character all of her own.
with a little tweaking of the hands as suggested the animation would be on target.
I look forward to seeing more of her.

this project is really a self imposed exercise to lift the quality of my models. you see, i have full confidence in my ability as a modeler, but for the other artistic things such as texturing, lighting and composition, I could do with some improvement. this is why i decided to do an animatable virtual creation of a known individual and see how far i can push my texturing skills to the limit. this is because i believe the human body is the most difficult to model and texture. Most of the emhasis would be placed on the face, however since she will be clothed.
In the end, i hope to produce a model with personality and character all of her own. that would be the crown jewel of my 8 years of toil in animation master.
the reason for the recent changes is that the cheek bone in the original model was not accurate, but the old front rotoscope that i was using was not making it easy for me to nail it down, so i had to change it.
attached is an image of both scopes. the new one is on the left.
feel free to update your image sequence anytime.
thanx to all for viewing.

Add some thickness to her eyelids. Maybe another spline ring around the eye where the eyelashes come out from to form a ledge where tears can rest on.
The little valley that runs up from the upper lip to the nose is missing.

the model is cool but the size of the head makes it off balance.

MY turn! (Grabs the conch shell).
If you do not have graphic tablet you can paint wrinkles in A.M
easier than in most paint programs
When you are finished modelling your face for example
create a new group called wrinkles, lock everything else
and "spline" your wrinkles to your hearts content.
After you have flattened your face and made your template
for mapping create a seperate layer for for your wrinkles.
By duplicating this layer and using tools such as smudge,
invert colors, eraser, blur etc you can get far better results
than painting directly with a mouse.
BTW you can set thc cp color and size to that of the spline in
the custumize appearance settings in AM to get smooth lines.
In the meanwhile start saving all coins for that wacom cintique
we all dream of.

I have been toying with cam studio m
Athlon 2000
512 MB RAM
For "Flashing" you can try Turbine Video Encoder@
http://www.blue-pac.com/products/turbinevideo/default.htm
which has more options than CST SWF producer.

Your model is great but your textures gives it toylike tingamajig with detatachable parts.Maybe that is the look you are after. If not I suggest try blending the textures where they meet.

Great work as usual.
Can you please tell me how to get eyes that look so great. All I can make is "dead-eyes". If you take a look at my Naomi Campbell WIP

If it's not too much problems, I'd like to see the African Child expression on a different background the next time you post. I don't know if my monitor is not configured correctly but it's not easy for me to dissern the model from the background.
