Perhaps a more cinematic treatment...

Long Shot: GreenGuy sees dinosaur

Close Up: GreenGuy's reaction of disgust and beginning to walk

Long Shot: GreenGuy walking up to dinosaur.

Doing everything in long shot can leave the audience looking around the frame at something other than the detail you want them to notice.

My only comment is that without pupils, it's tough to read the emotions. Of course, that is presumably something that wouldn't be a problem in final render. :)

That, and yes, the feet are slipping. It also looks like he's on a treadmill when he arrives at the dinosaur--like he doesn't have any farther to go, but keeps walking anyway; which, though it's a feeling I often have before my first cup of tea in the morning, might not be what you're looking for. :)

Right, thanks for the comments guys - I appreciate them all. It was a bit unfair of me not to have sent the whole of the flick cos this new version shows the camera zooming in.

It's still a bit stiff. One thing I am striving for is to make my motions as fluid as possible. Yes, as much as I tried, he still looks like he is skidding. But the main object of this flick was to get back into animating since I have now dreamt up a storyboard for a quick 'Bella Bear' show reel which I am gonna start right away. So I won't be doing anymore to this flick yet, well, maybe :D

Anyway enjoy! As usual all comments appreciated.
