How do I install the app on my PC running windows 10 using the serial number. As is, the app installs without it and then doesn't work. The box that pops up says... Hash Fellow robcat2075 Posted February 4, 2020 Hash Fellow Share Posted February 4, 2020 You get an activation code in an email after you buy a subscription from the Hash store. You can also look up your activation code in your account at the Hash Store. When you run the installation program there is an option to "Install the VC++ 2017 runtime" Check that box, before you do "Next". That should install the dll if you don't have it already.
