rikdiculous Posted April 15, 2008 Posted April 15, 2008 I'm working on "the door's stuck" from TAO for A:M 2002, however I have the latest version. My question is regarding the timing of movement. More specifically, I want the foot to start lifting up at 00:04:00 and stay planted on the ground at every frame before that. However, The foot starts lifting at frame 00:00:01 and slowly reaches the door. I made it through "it's a pitch" and rabbit walking without this problem. The solution is probably simple but I cant figure it out. Any help would...as usual...be huge. Thanks for looking. -PM Quote
Hash Fellow robcat2075 Posted April 15, 2008 Hash Fellow Posted April 15, 2008 making one thing stay put while something else moves... covered in this vid... http://www.hash.com/two/RCHolmen/KeyFrameOptionsMP4.mov (you need a keyframe not only at the begining of where a bone doesn't move, but also a keyframe at the time it stops not moving. If you want it to stay in place from 00:00 to 04:00 you need to keyframe it at that place at both those times) Quote
