Where is the Dope Sheet?

I'm going thru the tutorials (Tutorial 7/Lip Sync), and when I CTRL+Click (using Mac version 15.0b) to find New->Dope Sheet, there isn't a Dope Sheet in the menu...everything else, but no Dope Sheet.

 

Is it still there?!

You'll want to be either in an Action or Action window to invoke the Dopesheet used for automating lipsync.

Look for it within the 'New' menu.
