Lighting - Are there any Tutorials Available?

Hi Everyone,

 

I am working on a project and I need to adjust the lighting from the default in the choreography window.

 

I have the reference manual, but I can't seem to find examples of what each type of light does, and how to use it.

 

Do you know if there is a Tutorial available, or maybe a secondary website from one of the members?
