timewastingguy Posted February 18, 2006 Posted February 18, 2006 I tried to uninstall A:M since it had some install errors, but when I use the Uninstall Animation: Master thing it gets partway through before it says "Uninstallation could not occur due to an error.". Has anyone else had this problem or can anyone help me uninstall it? I'm running it on a Mac on Tiger, if that makes a difference. Also, the uninstaller says Uninstall AM 11.1, whereas I have 12.0 installed. Is there another uninstaller I need to download or something? I couldn't find a 12.0 uninstaller anywhere. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Quote
luckbat Posted February 18, 2006 Posted February 18, 2006 If you're on a Mac, you really shouldn't need to uninstall anything. Just drag the A:M folder to the trash, download a fresh installer and try again. Quote
Stuart Rogers Posted February 18, 2006 Posted February 18, 2006 Last year I also had to delete the "/Library/Application Support/Hash/" folder (and its contents) by hand when uninstalling/reinstalling. (That's the Library folder at the root of your hard disc, not the Library folder in your user home area.) Quote
timewastingguy Posted February 18, 2006 Author Posted February 18, 2006 Ok, that worked. Thanks for the help guys. Quote
