Laconic Posted February 5, 2006 Posted February 5, 2006 Hello, I am running A:M 2005 (Yeti CD, 12.0n+) on a Dual Processor Macintosh G4 with OSX 10.3.9 (Panther, not Tiger). Two problems with my TSM plug-in: 1) Every time I attempt to rig my mesh model, and select the "TSM Builder" plug-in, I am asked for my name and Serial Number. Should this happen every time? 2) More frustratingly, I go through the steps of choosing the skeleton I'd like to build using the checkboxes, etc. But, when I click "OK," nothing happens. No half-skeleton appears or anything, the TSM Builder box just disappears. Any help that anyone can give is greatly appreciated. I'm excited to work with the TSM Builder, but so far, I've gotten nowhere in being able to use it. Thanks! Tim Quote
luckbat Posted February 5, 2006 Posted February 5, 2006 What A:M version are you running? Is it v11.1i? Or v12.0s? And are you running TSM v2.07? Quote
Laconic Posted February 5, 2006 Author Posted February 5, 2006 Here's my version information... A:M 2005, 12.0n+ TSM v. 2.0.2 Quote
Laconic Posted February 5, 2006 Author Posted February 5, 2006 Thanks, Do you mean, update TSM or A:M ? Tim Quote
Morgan Posted February 6, 2006 Posted February 6, 2006 TSM 2.02 is actually the latest version for the Mac, and it's running fine for me with A:M 12.0r. Since I don't have a "Yeti" CD yet, I don't actually have access to 12.0n+, but I'm hoping there's something in that version that's causing the problem. I'll post an update on the situation when I know more. Quote
Morgan Posted February 7, 2006 Posted February 7, 2006 Hey folks, Just wanted to say that Tim figured out what was going on: Since the Mac version of TSM2 doesn't have an automatic installer, you need to copy the "TSM2" folder into your "HXT" folder for TSM2 to work correctly. Quote
