Use rights of projects on Extras CD?

I'm assuming that the individual models, etc. from the Extras CD are free for use. But what about the component parts of the "project" sections? For instance, could I use Jim Talbot's leopard model, even if it's not out there as an individual model, but only as part of the project? (Hypothetically. That's not actually the model I'm playing with.)

 

I guess I don't need to ask permission to use the Soap Opera set. But still...

My guess would be to email the creator of the model and see if they're ok with it.

You can use any of my models on the CD for anything. Except a modeling demo reel, of course.

 

I don't know about anybody elses work.
