Now that I've downloaded, the TSM2 installer is asking for a serial # . Where do I get one. Was it to be sent or am I missing something. I certainly understand if it's something to do with the recent loss of Steve Anzovin. I just want to make sure I'm not missing something or did something wrong during the ordering process.

You should have received your serial number with your CD and manual. (If you are installing on a new machine and you had a serial back when you first purchased A:M you can call hash and give them your info and they will provide you with your old serial number)

If you did not, I would contact the vendor you purchased A:M from.

If you purchased from Hash Inc., then you should just contact them by phone. I'm sure one of the guys there will be glad to assist you.

Sorry, I guess I wasn't clear. I'm talking about the TSM2, from Anzovin not A:M. This is the Anzovin Products forum.

Hello Srmjr,

I am not from Anzovin, I just noticed that you were concerned and thought I would help out.

When I purchased TSM and TSM2 it took (I believe) 4 days to receive the serials. It is NOT sent with the initial download of the program. It is also NOT an automated process. They custom issue and email each serial to each customer. I can imagine they may have allot on their minds right now and that at the very least it will take the normal 3-4 days before you get your serial via email.

Hope this helps, and whatever happens you can be sure that they will honor your purchase and provide you with a serial.

And YES it is most certainly worth the wait. :D

RV,

Thanks! That's just what I needed to know. Given the loss of Steve Anzovin, I certainly don't expect "business as usual." I'm sure they'll get it tome as they can.

Again, thanks, RV!

Srmjr,

My bad, didn't notice the forum, just got the posts in the last day and tried to help out where I could.

I was looking at getting the TSM too, but money was tight this holiday.

Maybe for my birthday in a few weeks... :D
