bobaloons
I am trying to change background color, permately if possible, so I can key out background when compositing. I can't find the color chip mentioned in the help files to save me. I find a control for the ground color but not background color. Any help is appreciated. luckbat
Background color is set in the Camera properties. But it doesn't make sense to use that for color-keying when you can just use alpha channels.
Kelley
I just blundered into the 'Background Color' control on the camera tonight. [i'm also VERY new to A:M] I'm finding it a lifesaver because I want everything to happen in a pool of light [underwater] I struggled with lights, intensity, fall-offs, etc., trying to make the horizon line go away. Can you tell me where to access the color chip for the 'Ground Color'?
luckbat
It's under Surface -> Diffuse Color.
