I have always been messing with animating but i just havent gotten the hang of it yet. I made this animation as another try. I dont think it is my best or very good because all of the twitches that are going on throughout the short.
i need some advice or pointers on what i need to do to make it better.

yeah... George is right about the lip syncing with the "my".
I don't know if i am right or not but it looks to me like Woot reacts to fast. i don't know if what he is seeing is to the left of the camera but it looks like an early reaction.

i like this a lot... the only problem i have with it is the end. i think there is a little to much fidgeting of the wings at the end. it takes him like 3 seconds to get into that position.

The fidgeting shows the skull's condition... it obviously has been through "HELL". We tried it with the wings slowing and stopping, but it dies visually... the intent is that it still looks like it's living at the end, so I must keep them babies movin.

i definitely agree on this idea... i found that (me being younger) tutorials helped me a lot... i used the TOA:AM tutorials and the link "flashawd" posted and i am still learning...

love the decals... that almost looks like it came out of a magazine with the name of "Awesome Stuff"... lol... but that is a superb job
