Tried to constrain the lips to each other - ending up in a circel reference - A:M crashed! Perhaps you have to have a third object to constrain the lips to? And hopefully you can hide that third object? Thanks for a little more advice!

Tried to follow your description! Not sure I got everything correct? Do I have to set enforcement to 50% for the Bone1fan? Did not do that! Testing in a Choreography window the fan bones are not moving along with their parents... Thanks for some more help!

What constraint? Aim at? using the mouth bones?
