  1. Brilliant work! :D

Still no word for Mr. Crow in England about the EU rights.

There's a few of us Hashers in England, do you want us to "send the boys round"? ;)

Good luck and keep up the great work.

  2. are the anzovin tutorials good?

The Anzovin tutorials are excellent. :D

I got a few for Christmas and am working on them now. Video tutorials such as these are easy to work with as you can bounce from the video to A:M quickly and as often as you like.

I find that it's worth going over stuff you may already know through different tutorials as I often pick info up that I may not have noticed from an earlier lesson.

There's a discussion on the Anzovin tutorials on http://www.hash.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=8869 most comments are positive and I've found their service to be exeptional.

Hope this helps and happy learning!

  3. We shipped out the first batch of Sam Buntrock's AM in Live Action CDs, and we're eager to hear any comments or critiques from those of you who've had a chance to view it. Let us know what you think!

    Hi Steve!

I'm happy to say I received my copy (in the UK) just in time for Christmas. :D

I like to watch tuition videos a couple of times before plunging in as it gives me an overall impression of the big picture.

My impression after a first viewing is very positive. Sometimes Sam speaks a little too fast for me but that's not a problem as I can review anything I missed.

He's packed a lot of useful info into this package and really helped me to understand concepts which I've previously found difficult to follow.

I'd definitely recommend these cds to anyone with more than a passing interest in combining live action with cgi.

A huge bonus is that you can do this in Animation Master without the need to use other (usually expensive) programs for compositing.

    Well done Sam!

Thanks to all at Anzovin for your usual excellent service.

Have a happy and prosperous new year.

    Best Wishes

  4. Hey Mark!

I'm just popping in for a quick visit, really busy in the run up to Christmas! ;)

If you play around with the timing when Shaggy bumps into the frame you'll have a winner there. I'll bet the tweaking takes longer than the rest of the work but it'll be worth it.

I'm not able to get on the forum as much as I'd like for the time being so feel free to e mail me when you've finished Mark, I'd love to see it.

Best of luck, be seeing you.

  5. Great pose, looking better all the time. :D

One suggestion, I think he may look better with one hand open rather than both clenched. I think it would work best on the trailing hand. Like he's going to punch then grab, or grab and punch if front is unclenched.

    Looks great though.

    Mike
