It starts with the story of Stagger Lee and looks at three or four different versions of it in very different styles. Apparently there are over 400 versions of the song recorded. It goes on to look at influence of the blues on more contemporary forms of music. It is presented by Hugh Laurie ( Dr House ?) in his everyday accent. simon Quote
