Simon Edmondson
http://www.bbc.co.uk/iplayer/episode/b03c4...ul_and_Hip_Hop/ This is not about animation as such but the first 15 mins or so deal with a real story, told in many different ways. It starts with the story of Stagger Lee and looks at three or four different versions of it in very different styles. Apparently there are over 400 versions of the song recorded. It goes on to look at influence of the blues on more contemporary forms of music. It is presented by Hugh Laurie ( Dr House ?) in his everyday accent. simon
