In short, with the media on the website, create a tv spot for the Dark Knight Rises that will go through a series of judging and voting and finally be picked by Chris Nolan himself. The winner gets to go to Hollywood or something and be with a professional editor as you'll get to go through and make your TV spot an official one that will be broadcast on national television.
