Hazard6211
What type of file does hash import for choregraphy rotoscope. i.e. for live motion?
HomeSlice
The best is a TGA image sequence. PNG image sequences seem to work fine too. MOV (animation codec) works well too. Codecs other than "animation" can produce unexpected results. I've never tried an AVI file, so I don't know how well it works.
Hash Fellow robcat2075 Posted July 14, 2009 Hash Fellow Share Posted July 14, 2009 It is best to convert your video to a numbered image sequence of targas. Most NLEs can do that. Quicktime Pro can do that. If A:M can import your video file into the images folder you can on it and choose "Save Animation As" and choose .tga as the save format. Remember to pad your filename with a few zeros so the image numbers are all the same length.
