Drew Goldenhair Posted March 13, 2008 Posted March 13, 2008 Greetings, I wonder if anyone has come across the error message, "Failed to launch help", when pressing "help topics" in the top menu bar? Any suggestions as to what is causing this? I'm using 14.0c. Many thanks you your help. Andrew Quote

You may have d/l a copy from ftp.hash.com Many thanks for your help to date, but I think I need a few more detailed instructions please? I've downloaded the help.zip file from ftp.hash.com/pub/docs and this creates the Technical reference directory with lots of files and subdirectories. Does the Technical ref. directory sit under Hash Inc/v14.0/ or do I need to copy the files from the Technical directory into Hash Inc/v14.0/? Ta. Andrew Quote
Caroline Posted March 17, 2008 Posted March 17, 2008 I have also failed to get help going. The chm files and the help.zip that I downloaded just point at the .pdf files. On the disks there used to be searchable html help. This is online at: http://www.hash.com/Technical_Reference/Te...l_Reference.htm Quote
Caroline Posted March 21, 2008 Posted March 21, 2008 The working .chm help file can be downloaded from: ftp://ftp.hash.com/pub/updates/windows/Am2007/Master.chm (50MB). Put Master.chm in the A:M program folder (mine is C:\Program Files\Hash Inc\V15.0), overwriting the small Master.chm that may already be there. Quote
