Sign in Issues

I just loaded AM that I bought a few months ago and cannot seem to be able to sign in.

 

I tried the s/w registration panels many times and it simply took all the info and that was it. I could not sign in to s/w.

 

Then I registered on the AM site, got confirmation, and s/w still shows no name exists and I cannot use it.

Please help.

Forum registration and AMCommunity registration are not related- you need to register for both-
