About groups

Recommended Posts

I was doing the Tutorial:Flower Power, but I am stuck when it says:

"Make groups and name them for the leaves, bud, stem and petals" How I can manage to acomplish that?

I don´t know how to make groups

I don't know either how to add an element to a group: i.e. I am trying to apply the same color to the Petals, but two petals don`t get the color, so how can I add these two 'loose' petals to the Petal group?

I was watching the video tutorial, but I didn't see/hear anything about the groups

Thanks

When you select cps, look under the model folder in the pws. There should be an "untitled" group under the groups folder. Click on that and rename it to something relevant.

Now you can click away from the cps and reselect them by clicking on that renamed group in the pws.

To add cps to a group: Select the named group in the pws. Hold down shift and select new cps in the model window.

To remove cps from a group: Do the same as above but use hold down the control key.
