rossk Posted January 28, 2006 Posted January 28, 2006 I've been trying to use the Edit->Move Frames-> Scale and Snap to Integers feature to slow down clips of mine, but it seems that this won't work when trying to change the keyframes on the model bone. In fact, I cannot move any of the keyframes on the model bone. Is there something I'm overlooking here or a better way to do this? I basically would like to slow down my movie but keep the keyframes on integers so I may go back and easily edit them. Thanks --Ross Quote
KenH Posted January 28, 2006 Posted January 28, 2006 It's best to do it in the timeline with the graph editor. You're probably doing it in the channel editor. Quote
rossk Posted January 28, 2006 Author Posted January 28, 2006 Sorry, the channel editor is the same as the curves editor? Quote
luckbat Posted January 28, 2006 Posted January 28, 2006 Yes. Some people also call it the graph editor. Quote
KenH Posted January 28, 2006 Posted January 28, 2006 Maybe a screen shot of what you mean would help. Are there red/green/blue lines where you're trying to do this? Quote
rossk Posted January 28, 2006 Author Posted January 28, 2006 K... I'm confused now So whats the other way of viewing the timeline called? (not the curve, graph, channels editor) Edit: Nope, no red/green/blue lines when I try this. Actually, I have tried it with the curves and in the other view now, and neither works. I've done the move keyframes successfully in the past, so I'm going to try using a different version of A:M quick. Thanks, --Ross Quote
rossk Posted January 28, 2006 Author Posted January 28, 2006 K, it works fine in V13a5 but not in v12q. Quote
jakerupert Posted January 28, 2006 Posted January 28, 2006 I have great problems in moving keyframes in the dopesheet also. Is this some known bug in version 12q maybe? Sometimes it works, sometimes I can move the blackframe only without the greenpoint, sometimes nothing moving at all or am I missing something else? A friend of mine tried the same project in version 11.1 i and it worked beautifully. Jake?? PCIntel2.8 2 Gig Ram Quote
