Heath_Naylor
Tell me what you think, the blue parts are supposed to have a glow to them, but it just isn't strong enough, I don't know why...
luckbat
Original design, but at the moment it looks too geometric--a lot of plain cylinders and simple polygonal boxes. Would you consider adding some tapering and beveling?
Heath_Naylor
tapering What is that? beveling? K! Thanks for the quick reply. Yes this is a relitivly simple model, and my first real one, I don't want to get too advanced because I want this to be like the Ford of mechs not a Lexus, but I will tone it up a bit. luckbat
Tapering = making one end of a cylinder narrower than the other end. You know, like a carrot.
Heath_Naylor
You know, like a carrot. Oh, cool, thanks and a good idea
Gene
As far as the glow goes, you can turn that up in the Choreography...or turn up the radius. Play with those settings and you should get the effect you want. Cheers, Eugene
